healthy smoothie


Recently I have been loving a healthy smoothie in the morning, This smoothie tastes amazing and is quick and easy to make before school/work and will fill you up for a long day ahead.

ingredients 

strawberries
banana
peaches
vanilla ice cream/plain yoghurt
honey
orange juice

method:

1. add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream or plain yoghurt into the blender
2. chop up the banana, strawberries and half a peach.
3. add the fruit to the blender
4. add half a cup of orange juice
5. add to honey to give a sweeter taste 


pour smoothie into glass and add fruit to give a special touch!
